ChartCage is a simulated trading practice platform. Users replay historical market data to practice trading strategies in a risk-free environment. ChartCage does not facilitate real trading, does not connect to live markets, and does not handle real funds.
The Service is provided for educational and practice purposes only. Nothing on ChartCage constitutes financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, or any other sort of advice. You should not treat any of the content on ChartCage as such. We do not recommend that any financial instrument should be bought, sold, or held by you. Past simulated performance does not guarantee future real-market results.
Trading futures involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for all investors. Practice results achieved on ChartCage have no bearing on actual trading outcomes. Simulated trading does not involve financial risk, and no simulated trading record can completely account for the impact of financial risk in actual trading. We make no representation that any account will or is likely to achieve profits or losses similar to those shown in any simulation.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.
ChartCage offers subscription plans billed monthly or annually. A 7-day free trial is available for new users. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Refunds are handled in accordance with our refund policy. Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice.
All content, features, and functionality of ChartCage are owned by Sentix Labs Inc. and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our express written consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sentix Labs Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
